My design and development experience includes e-commerce sites, content management systems (CMS), database-driven applications, blogs, Flash animation and Flash applications. My skills include Adobe Creative Suite software (expert level), XHTML, CSS, Web 2.0 concepts and standards compliance.

I am experienced in mentoring and managing designers and developers in all aspects of project scope, requirements, and budgets. I combine a conceptual perspective with strong leadership and communication skills, high energy and a passion for all aspects of design. I see my role as an educator and advocate for the leveraging of new technologies.
